Tattingstone is a small village some five miles from Ipswich in Suffolk,

just off the A137 road.

The village cricket club thrived for many years, improving the playing standards all the time, leading to the lifting of the Two Counties League Div. 1 Championship in 2002.

From that point however, it was downhill all the way, leading to the club's extinction in November 2003, when the club was merged with Browns C.C., to become Ipswich Cricket Club.
